Earlier today Wurmcoil Engine was spoiled on MTGSalvation after being found on 2ch, which is a large Japanese gaming forum. Below you'll see the snap of the card, which appears to be the Pre-release promo. Also note the very clear watermark, which is clearly the Phyrexian symbol that is also the symbol of Yawgmoth.

Update: CopySix, of mtg-realm.blogspot.com has posted a higher res image on MTG Salvation. The forum users have now confirmed that it says "And," originally it was in question as to whether the last ability was an 'and' or 'or' for the token creation.
