All it lacked was a giant pair of scissors and a ribbon to cut as Wizards kicked off the Scars of Mirrodin preview or spoiler season. Revealing over a dozen new cards coming up in Scars of Mirrodin, parties took place in Amsterdam at the Pro Tour and in Seattle as part of Wizards' Pax Prime events. The parties featured a faction-ed tournament, where players aligned with one of the two factions on Mirrodin and battled in a tournament as well as exclusive previews.
