When you're reading this, I'll be playing at SCG CON Summer. I've been messing with Bant Walkers for a while and I'm thinking it's going to be the deck I take to the event. That being the case, I wanted to get a little more practice in as well as showcase the deck and its updates!
Here's the list.

The main thing that has changed from last time is just a few more planeswalkers and I've split Growth Spiral with Elvish Rejuvinator. I've also upped the land count to 27. I've been unimpressed with Growth Spiral recently as a four off. It just feels so bad when you cast it to just draw a card and you don't have a follow up land to play. God-Pharaoh's Statue is in the video list but at the end I cut it for the 2nd Nexus of Fate. This gives you a combo finish against other planeswalker and/or Command the Dreadhorde decks. There plan is to go over you with The Elderspell or Command the Dreadhorde and you can just take enough turns late game to ultimate a Teferi and win the game. The midrange decks in Standard are so grindy that I think a plan like this is important to slam the door shut. It honestly might be correct to just play a third Nexus of Fate, it's something that I will test.
If you're at SCG CON Summer and you see me, say hi! I'll either be playing this deck or Esper Hero if I can't figure things out.
As always, thanks for reading,
Ali Aintrazi
