Processing Time
Orders under 1,000 cards typically processed within 7 business days from the date Received. Larger orders may require additional processing time.

What is Full Service Selling?
Full Service Selling allows you to ship your cards directly to us without creating a detailed Sell Order. We handle the valuation and listing for you.

Our Full Service Selling is currently offered for Magic: The Gathering and Pokémon. We may add more games in the future.

What kind of cards do you accept?
We only accept English cards. Please do not include non-English cards in your submission, as they will not be accepted and will be discarded.

How does the service fee work?
We’re thrilled to offer our Full Service Selling with no service fees on any collection, big or small. This means you receive the full value for your cards without any deductions, making us the only company in the industry offering this exceptional benefit!

Cards under $1 sell cart price are purchased at bulk pricing.

How long does the processing take?
Orders containing 1,000 cards or fewer are typically processed within 7 business days from the date they are marked as Received at our Maitland location. Larger orders may take additional processing time, usually ranging from 2 to 10 additional business days. If you drop off your cards at one of our remote store locations (Hollywood, Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, or South Orlando), please note that there may be an additional waiting period. These locations ship submissions to our Maitland office once per week, which can extend the overall processing time.

What if I want my items returned?
Once processing has started, returns are not possible. All submissions are considered final once they’ve been received.

Which sell list are you using for Full Service Selling?
We use the CoolStuffInc Sell List for all pricing in our Full Service Selling program. This includes pricing for individual cards as well as bulk pricing. All offers are based on the current rates in our official Sell List at the time of processing.

When can I select my payment type?
You can choose your payment type (Check, PayPal, or 25% bonus in store credit) after your Sell Order is approved.

When will I receive payment for my cards through the Full Service Selling program?
Payment is sent after your cards are fully processed and confirmation of your payment method(s). Payment is usually sent within 1-2 business days.

Can I receive individual card prices?
No, individual card prices are not provided for Full Service Selling. If you would like an itemized list of the cards sold with their specific prices, please submit a Sell List Request instead.
