Welcome back everyone! Today we explore Niv-Mizzet Reborn with Widespread Thieving. Widespread Thieving is very powerful in a Niv-Mizzet Reborn deck since almost everything is multicolored, which makes all your spells so much cheaper! I wanted to revisit this deck after the banning of Expressive Iteration to see if it still had legs without the powerful draw spell.

I added Eruth, Tormented Prophet, a couple of Hydroid Krasis, a Siphon Insight, and added Moonveil Regent to all keep our hand full of things to do. It looks like it worked and Niv-Reborn is back on the menu. I really love this deck and how versatile it is in every format it is legal and playable in. You should need to adapt it to the meta game and you can make it competitive. One of my favorite archetypes in Explorer!
