I've wanted to pop out another token deck for a bit now, and the recent release of Queen Allenal of Ruadach has pushed me to finally do so. In designing a deck with her in mind, I needed to find token-producing cards that I could consistently activate one at a time. Eventually, I found Emmara, Soul of the Accord, who, when combined with the right cards, could produce a token every turn, potentially with additional upsides. Thus, Selesnya Tap Tokens was born!

The Core
The deck can basically be broken down into two primary parts: the creatures that we want to tap, and the cards that tap them. Of the former, we've already mentioned Emmara, who produces a nice 1/1 soldier with lifelink every time she gets turned sideways. Stonybrook Schoolmaster, while worse, has a very similar effect that adds consistency to our strategy. These are our primary token producers.
Selesnya Evangel also makes tokens, but functions differently than our other core. Instead of needing to be tapped to spawn a 1/1, she needs to tap other creatures. I'm sure you can see where this is going. With either Emmara or Schoolmaster in play in conjunction with Evangel, we get a multi-token producing engine that we can use every turn!
The Backup
While we could simply attack with Emmara or Schoolmaster, it's better to keep them safe in the backlines. So, we need a different method of tapping them. Selesnya Evangel was already mentioned as one way to accomplish this, but we need more if this deck is going to be consistent enough. That's where Jaspera Sentinel and Loam Dryad come into play. These functional reprints of each other allow us to tap either token producer without putting them in harm's way. A beneficial side effect is the originally intended boost in fixed mana they provide us, which is great in a budget multicolored deck.
God-Favored General and Oreskos Sun Guide finish up our "please tap us" creatures. The general produces two tokens every time he untaps (at the cost of three mana) while Sun Guide gains us two life. While it may not seem like much, it sometimes takes us a bit of time to really get our engines online. So, the padding that an extra two HP every turn gives us is much appreciated.
Queen Allenal of Ruadach was also previously mentioned, and her strength in this list is likely already apparent. This is not like many other token decks where masses of creatures are spawned all at once. Each token created is done so using a separate trigger from the other. Therefore, Allenal all but doubles our token production. Her potential to grow to enormous size helps for blocking or dealing with large creatures, too.
Mentor of the Meek is the deck's draw power, and man does he shine. With an engine that consistently produces tokens every turn, we'll be consistently drawing extra cards every turn as well. This helps us find Conclave Tribunal, the deck's removal of choice since it also acts as a tap enabler. We can also dig for Pride of Conquerors, which enables large game-ending swings.
Tips and Tricks
Instant-speed interaction is something this deck does well, despite it not being so obvious at first glance. Jaspera Sentinel, Loam Dryad, and most of our other tap enablers (sadly, Conclave Tribunal does not have Flash) can be used at instant speed. So, we can create tokens or gain life whenever we please. Whether it be at the start of combat to kill attackers the opponent thought was safe, or after blockers have been declared to make full use of our fodder, most of our plays are going to be made on our enemy's turn. One exception to this is Pride of Conquerors, which should be cast during our turn after our opponent has declared blockers.
Your mana tappers are often the perfect source for all of the extra mana costs your creature effects ask of you. Use them to both pay for Mentor, General, and Evangel, while also making full use of the tap cost. If you get to the point where you are having to pick and choose who gets tapped, note that Emmara's tokens come with lifelink.

One could add in an aura element to the deck thanks to Warchanter Skald. He'd require a decent chunk of auras to replace some of your other cards, but there's some decent choices out there. This includes Presence of Gond, which isn't making infinite 1/1's like it normally does, but it's still powerful when combined with the Dwarf Cleric.
Funeral Longboat and any other vehicle you can think of could be fun, since crewing them activates your tap triggers. I avoided the interaction because I've used it before in other casual lists, but that doesn't mean you can't try it out for yourself.
Cadira, Caller of the Small adds a token duplication effect that can get out of hand extremely quickly. I was afraid that the number of 3-drops was getting to be a bit much in the list, so she didn't make the cut for me initially, but I'm still considering her. The combat damage requirement is a hindrance, though.
