For a long time, Humans was one of the best decks in Modern. The combination of very aggressive starts, powered by strong acceleration and great disruptive creatures was often the litmus test for the format. However, since Modern Horizons 2 has come along, that hasn't really been the case anymore.
Well thankfully they're always printing new Humans, and new entries like Coppercoat Vanguard and Jirina, Dauntless General from March of the Machine: The Aftermath as well as Knight-Errant of Eos from March of the Machine proper are here to juice things up!

While Coppercoat Vanguard was certainly fine, the real prize is Knight-Errant of Eos.
Knight-Errant of Eos provides a way to refuel early and often, helping to pump up your Aether Vials, putting a good-sized body in play that doesn't die to Brotherhood's End, Lightning Bolt, or Prismatic Ending, and can also help find your sideboard hate creatures as well.
We had a nice run with the deck, but it's still a pretty scary world out there with Fury, Solitude, and Wrenn and Six. However, Knight-Errant went a long way in providing reloads when necessary and the deck still can close as fast as ever. It may be time to dust off those Mantis Riders!
