Minion of the Mighty has always been a popular meme card.
The idea of pumping it up to 6 power and getting a dragon into play on turn two or three is an enticing one, but requires a lot of moving parts to get going. Well, it's gotten quite a few new cards to work with in the last few sets, giving it much more consistency and a solid plan b, so let's do this thing!

The plan A is easy.
Pump up Minion of the Mighty, attack, put Terror of Mount Velus in play, win the game. Sure, it sounds easy, but that's three different cards as well as an opponent who's not particularly interested in dying on turn two. That's why this decks plan B and support cards are super exciting.
It would have never occurred to me to put Slickshot Show-Off in this deck, but it's the perfect meld with the various pump spells and card search spells. Minion of the Mighty can key off its power, and you can plot it to set up for a big turn. However, the real money maker is Break Out. Break Out serves a dual purpose in this deck; it can find and give haste to your 2-drops, or it can help you find a dragon to put in with Minion of the Mighty. It's even a spell for prowess! Lastly, Jarsyl, Dark Age Scion helps out against removal heavy decks.
It's definitely still a bit of a glass cannon, but I was super impressed how many games we were able to win without ever even casting Minion of the Mighty, which is a great sign!
