Dragons are Red, counterspells are Blue, when you've got Rivaz of the Claw, you can play any dragons you choose!
While dragons are very popular in Magic: The Gathering, they aren't usually associated with a whole deck like goblins or elves. Most dragons cost between four and six mana, meaning putting 30 of them in your deck is mostly just a recipe for disaster. However, alongside Rivaz, there are actually a number of great dragon enablers in Standard right now, as well as some heavy hitting dragons!

There are only 12 actual dragons in the deck, which is an appropriate amount of four-mana plus creatures, but what makes things work is the setup cards.
We've already mentioned Rivaz of the Claw, which is one of the most important cards in the deck for both getting your dragons online as well as in the late game to rebuy them, but we've also got the great battle Invasion of Tarkir. Invasion of Tarkir will regularly do 3-4 damage on casting, and it's important to note that the backside Defiant Thundermaw will trigger off any dragon attacking. Lastly, Kolaghan Warmonger is a very sneaky an excellent enabler, being a 3/2 haste for three that can draw you a dragon every turn.
To aid Rivaz in casting your big off-color dragons like Rith, Liberated Primeval and Zurgo and Ojutai, there's the best land in the format in Plaza of Heroes, but also treasure makers like Riveteers Requisitioner and Decadent Dragon, as well as The Celestus.
While it's a little weak to Domain Ramp, this deck does a great job against aggressive decks as well as midrange decks by going bigger, as well as having an excellent plan against control decks with Duress and Kolaghan Warmonger to draw cards.
And we even get Cavern of Souls soon!
