A few weeks ago, you all figured out how to win very quickly using only enchantments. That’s all well and good, but . . . well, there are a lot of enchantments. I don’t know if you really need all of them. I’m curious . . . what can you do with just a subset?
Challenge
Using only Aura cards and basic lands, win the game as quickly as possible.
Assumptions
You have perfect luck. For example, even after you shuffle your library, it’s ordered how you want. You may not assume anything about your opponent’s hand or library except that he won’t do anything relevant.
Winning “quickly” refers to both the turn of the game and whether you’re playing or drawing first. Turn three on the draw is quicker than turn four on the play but not as quick as turn three on the play.

Good luck!
Solution to Last Week’s Puzzle
Rast was the first to submit the fastest win with miracles, which is pretty straightforward. It works whether or not Vexing Devil is sacrificed since it will always deal a minimum of four damage either directly or by attacking. It’s for turn three on the play:
Play | Opponent’s Life | Mana | Cards in Hand |
Turn one | 20 | 7 | |
Mountain | 20 | 6 | |
Vexing Devil | 16 | 5 | |
Turn two | 16 | 6 | |
Mountain | 16 | 5 | |
Vexing Devil | 12 | 4 | |
Vexing Devil | 8 | 3 | |
Turn three | 8 | 4 | |
Thunderous Wrath for its miracle cost | 3 | 3
Mountain | 3 | 2 | |
Thunderbolt | 0 | 1 |
Matthew Francis was the first to submit a turn-four-on-the-play solution without miracles:
Play | Mana | Cards in Hand |
Turn one | 7 | |
Forest | 6 | |
Ulvenwald Tracker | 5 | |
Turn two | 6 | |
Mountain | 5 | |
Lightning Mauler, not pairing | 4
Attack | 4 | |
Turn three | 5 | |
Forest | 4 | |
Somberwald Sage, pairing with Mauler and tapping | 3
Somberwald Sage | 2 | |
Turn four | 3 | |
Craterhoof Behemoth, giving all creatures +5/+5 | 2
Attack for 23 | 2 |
