Grand Prix Cleveland has come and gone, and with it we bid farewell to Khans of Tarkir as a limited format. In a tournament that featured some of the Magic's best from the past and present, and even other games, it all came down to the Top 8.
And what a Top 8 it was. Grand Prix grinder Christian Calcano, Grand Prix Baltimore champion Gerard Fabiano, long time pro Andrew Cuneo, and Yuuya Wantanabe, who was competing for a record tying eight Grand Prix title. In the end, however, it was Bill Tsang with his blue-red build facing off against Jake Mondello's Temur deck. In a tense three games Tsang was able to out tempo his opponent to victory, taking the trophy in the final Grand Prix to have Khans of Tarkir limited.
