Hero's Crossing is a strategy board game about being the mayor of a town in an RPG. Your goal isn't to go on quests and fight the Big Bad-it's to run a town, craft weapons, and sell items to heroes so that they can go off to save the world while you focus on the hard work of city building.

All the while, the game is uniquely styled to echo back to the evolution of early console video games-you start in the 8-bit era, and as the game progresses you advance into the 16-bit and 32-bit eras, with the art style changing to reflect the change in times.
