You might know him better by his Magic Online handle Nielsieboi but from now on Niels Noorlander will be known as the 2015 Magic Online Champion.

Despite starting the tournament with two losses in Legacy and a poor performance in Draft, Noorlander's strong showings in Standard and Modern propelled him to the Top 4. There he defeated Jonathan Anghelescu in the Semi-Finals and Alexander Ivanov in the Finals. For his troubles Noorlander will be Platinum for the remainder of the 2015-16 season and for all of the 2016-17 season while also netting an invitation to the 2016 World Championship and next year's Magic Online Championship.
