Bring to Light isn't on MTG Arena yet but that's not going to stop us from casting the rainbow daddy, Niv-Mizzet Reborn! I ended up going 6-1 into 7-0 in the Explorer Metagame Challenge with this list; it's super fun and powerful. The idea is to just buy time by killing and exiling things until you can refuel with a Niv-Mizzet Reborn. You also have the Fable of the Mirror Breaker // Reflection of Kiki-Jiki combo with Wandering Mind, which allows you to keep the card flow coming.
