It's Friday and that means best of three day with me! Today we are taking a best of one deck that I played in the past in Niv-Mizzet Reborn and making it a best of three deck. I changed a few cards since then, but the biggest change was still the Sideboard as I had to make one. Here's the deck!
Time Stamps:
Match 1 - 00:01:46
Match 2 - 00:13:11
Match 3 - 00:35:35

My plan against slower/grindy decks was Thief of Sanity, Thought Erasure, and maybe even Unmoored Ego but that was more so geared toward Nexus decks. Against aggressive decks we have varied removal and different ways to also gain life. The deck is just trying to kill creatures and buy time until it can cast Niv-Mizzet Reborn and fill its hand. This deck usually just draws tons and tons of cards because of Niv. If you continue to also draw lands, you can snowball out of control quickly! It's a fun deck and one I would take to FNM.
Hope you enjoy the video; I feel like this meta is solved so I'm excited for M20!
As always, thanks for reading,
