Welcome to my share of the Archazia's Island Review! Since the last time you have heard from me my Brain has been exposed to air and a bad part of it removed, so please be patient with me. I may ramble.

I will include this disclaimer. My normal mind is casual environment geared, so some of my picks are based upon potential tricks that may or may not be viable in a real competitive tournament. Sure, I will try my best to land a playmat or two, but I always find wins with "off brands" more satisfying. I hope you agree.

My more worthy compatriot, Stefen Delgado, gets the honor of covering the new dual color cards but I mighty splash some here. Because I love the whole idea so much.

I will be listing my picks from the least to most liked by myself. Feel Free to disagree.

Number Ten

From my first moment of Lorcana play I have LOVED the potential of Storyline. Flavor that is inherent in the IP for this game is amazing. The Icon of The Glass Slipper has been a miss for me here though. It's nowhere near as good as the Rupunzel/Mother combo that I am sure you have seen, but it's better than putting a Gopher from the 100 Acre Wood on a sailing boat.

Number Nine

So why list Cindy? She is only one trick away from discarding or playing a slipper from your deck. We would prefer to want a Prince doing the trick, but flavor should be a Fairy Godmother. But I guess we just need to wait .

Number Eight

The immediate Lore usage of Items is a real benefit here. We have all watched games where a good speed lore deck reaches Piglet bonus easily early. This is more of the same. In fact, I am totally endorsing the subtle additions they have added for "going wide" on the board. Hope they continue, it has that classic "White Weenie" feeling from old school MTG.

Number Seven

I have loved Puppy Decks from the Beginning. One of the first cards I tried to "Break" was Lucky. Static plus benefits are good to use but I wish they would have gone with something better than Defense. Lore would have been overpowered but maybe Evasive? Or even Bodyguard?

Number Six

Have you noticed the slow improvement on Bodyguard cards that have been occurring. There has always been a Constructed issue with this mechanic. Not enough, on some strats, is too weak while too many adds up to who is Guarding Whom?

Number Five

Speaking of going wide earlier. A 6-ink Ralph may be late in game, but If you're predicting removal soon Ralph can grab a lethal lore finish and maybe even whittle down the opponent's forces at the same time.

Number Four

Happy Birthday Bodyguards! When this Kitty drops after having an early Amber Rush With a couple choice BG's your aggro's survive and your BGs become aggro just for inking

Number Three

[In a Sarcastic voice] Finally, Amber/Steel Song has a Lore source. This deck might reach tier 1.

Seriously, between this and my number 2 card Songs just go better!

Number Two

More singing tricks. What I really want to point out is the "can't quest or challenge" part of the text. Repeated Songs are totally fine. Given the large number of songs that also draw more songs.....We just need to remove damage, which is also easily accessible in Amber. Could get crazy.

Number One

This one is subtle. You could easily exert this for 4 on turn three and neuter a Madam Mim return on the next turn. All we need are some extra critters. Here is where my illlegal Splash of a Dual-Ink card comes into play. Extra firepower.
