Let's face it, Magic has it's share of absolutely broken cards.

And frankly, while it's certainly for the best that cards like Deathrite Shaman, Oko, Thief of Crowns, and Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath are banned in pretty much every format, it's also a bit of a bummer that we almost never get to play with them.

Timeless is the new format on MTG Arena, and it is the home of all the broken cards banned everywhere else. There is no ban list in Timeless, only a restricted list that currently has three cards (Demonic Tutor, Channel, Tibalt's Trickery).

I built this deck to try and maximize the number of broken cards we can play, while also having a good plan against other players playing the same suite of broken cards.

Field of the Dead was a huge player when Oko, Thief of Crowns and Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath were in Standard, because it does an excellent job in longer games when players are slugging it out with these powerful cards and the game goes late. Once you mix in acceleration like Deathrite Shaman and Delighted Halfling alongside premium removal like Swords to Plowshares and Leyline Binding, you can play fair until the cows come home - you're never going to run out of Zombies.

And for those folks who don't want to play fair?

Drop a turn three Primeval Titan or Atraxa, Grand Unifier on them!

Natural Order is one of the most powerful cards in the entire format, and this deck gets to utilize it to the max without being extremely all-in on the plan. Against other fair decks or decks with tons of interaction and counterspells, board Natural Order out and just play your game. Against decks without counterspells or good interaction, just get them on turn three!

It's obviously a brand new format with a lot of room for growth, but this deck has been a stone cold killer.
