Well that didn't take long did it?
I suppose it isn't that surprising that Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath and Nissa, Who Shakes the World would rise to the top of the new Standard format. As I talked about last week, there are always "best cards" in a format, and when the previously best cards get banned, new ones rise up to take their place.
The first two big new events of this format took place over the weekend, the SCG Tour Online Championship Qualifier as well as the Red Bull Untapped International Qualifier IV, and both were won by Sultai Ramp.

There's nothing fancy or flashy this week, just raw, unlimited power.
Even considering Temur Reclamation and Bant Ramp from the old format, this is by far the best Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath deck for Standard. Like we see in Modern, Pioneer, and even Legacy, Uro absolutely loves to play with interactive spells that go to the graveyard, Thought Erasure, removal spells... you just get to play Magic and have this unkillable Baneslayer Angel/Mulldrifter hybrid card at all times.
Top end like Casualties of War and Hydroid Krasis are great, as are all of your spells up the curve. If you expect more creature decks? Play more removal or sweepers like Extinction Event. Do you expect more control and midrange decks? Fire up those Agonizing Remorse and Negates.
Infinitely flexible and full of raw power, we have our early best deck of this "new" Standard format.
