Mill in Modern, and in Magic in general, has usually been viewed as a meme or a curiosity. It's a novelty that a player running out of cards will lose the game, but it's mostly just comes up in silly control mirrors or when Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger has had too much to eat. Dimir Mill in particular has been a Modern deck that has existed for a long time, but never really put up any consistent results.
Well maybe that's just because the right list hasn't been found yet.

Magic Online player mauricio998 looks to have found that list.
I've played Dimir Mill a few times on stream for my viewers, but this list is far and away the cleanest and tightest looking Mill list I've ever seen. It's cut out all the cute stuff, while putting enough interaction to be able to slow your opponent down while you do your thing. And as we saw in the games, everything worked out pretty well! Drown in the Loch is the big key card here, giving the deck that critical piece of interaction it needed.
The deck may want a little more for Burn/Prowess, as we saw in our only loss, but I was very impressed with both the deck and how the matches played out. If you've been waiting for Mill's time to shine, it may be time for you to admire Glimpse the Unthinkable's new concise working and make someone lose their mind!
