As everyone knows by now, I LOVE me some Cube. This Pro Tour Cube seems interesting and I want to see if my first trophy with Mono-Red was a fluke or if this is a viable archetype. I saw quite a few powerful Red cards early which led me to a sweet deck. While not the most overtly powerful there were a ton of great cards up for grabs which left me with a nice and solid deck. I tried to prioritize burn spells and 1-drops when I was able to unless the card was premium like Hazoret the Fervent. Overall, I was pretty surprised to play against several aggro decks in this League as in general aggro decks are amongst the weaker variants in Cube. However the aggro decks looked pretty solid when I played against them which makes me feel like the Cube is fairly balanced. Overall I'm excited to load up another draft again as soon as this is over.
