Locations
Developer Chats take place at least once a quarter, usually coinciding with a new set's release, perhaps a month or two after the public have gotten access to it. This one was announced today on Wizards' community site and will feature Head Designer Mark Rosewater and Dev/Designer/Hall of Famer Mike Turian. The chat will take place on October 27th, 2010 at 7pm EST or 4pm PST with an estimated run time of 90 minutes.
According to the announcement, here is how you can be part of the chat:
via mibbit: mibbit.com/chat (Takes you to a screen where you type in your desired username and your channel name (the channel will be #r&dchat)
via IRC: If you have an IRC client, you can access it by going to the mibbit IRC (irc.mibbit.net) and then the channel (/join #r&dchat).
