Through more than a staggering 1,500 people who piled into the "Charm City" of Baltimore, Matt Costa (the Matt Costa of the recent Pro Tour Dark Ascension Top 8) rocked Standard for 16 rounds and a Top 8 to take his first Grand Prix!
