The World Magic Cup is set to begin this week. The scheduling of a Team Grand Prix in the same city as that team event was hardly a coincidence and Grand Prix Rotterdam did not fail to disappoint! 703 teams came to battle in Team Kaladesh Limited and while not all of the were national teams there was more than enough talent to go around.

The final four featured multiple national champions and some Hall of Famers, but no teams drawn along borders. The teams of Tomoharu Saito, Raphaël Lévy, Jérémy Dezani and Paulo Vitor Damo da Rosa, Shahar Shenhar, Ond?ej Stráský were eliminated in the Semi-Finals, leaving Frank Karsten, Brent Vos, and Bas Melis to do battle against a team of three National Champions in Márcio Carvalho (Portugal), Javier Dominguez (Spain), Luis Salvatto (Argentina). In the final draft it was the team of three nations that overcame the Hall of Famer and the friends he helped bring to a Pro Tour Qualification.
