Earlier this week, someone did well in the online preliminaries with a four-color walkers deck. I tried to google to find the person who did it but my google fu was weak. Regardless, I was not the original creator of this deck. I just took it, added Shatter the Sky, Ashiok, Nightmare Muse, and Despark to the main deck and switched the sideboard up slightly. If you like Planeswalker Magic then you'll like this deck.
Here's the list.

This is a midrange value deck like the old tap out Esper deck but with Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God. I approve! The goal is to just try and keep the battlefield as empty as possible until you can deploy a planeswalker and overwhelm the opponent with all your planeswalkers. You have hand disruption, plenty of cards for pinpoint removal and then Shatter the Sky to clean up everything else. In my experience the deck has been good against other midrange decks and aggro decks, but playing against decks with infinite card advantage like Sultai Casualties of War.dek or Temur Adventures can be very rough if you aren't able to land a Narset to stop all that extra card draw. Sultai is why I added Desparks to the main deck to deal with Nissa, Who Shakes the World, Cavalier of Thorns, and Yarok, the Desecrated. It didn't hurt that Despark was also very good in the mirror match, hitting the best threats in Nicol Bolas and Liliana then not allowing your opponents to buy them back with Elspeth Conquers Death in the future.
Stay safe everyone and I'll see you all back next week!
Enjoy, until next time!
