At Pro Tour Eldritch Moon, Sam Pardee clenched a Top 8 slot with a super sweet B/G Delirium deck. The deck plays all my favorite midrange cards. It has good threats, good removal, card advantage and a few bombs. It also makes excellent use of Traverse the Ulvenwald, so consistency is sky high. If you are looking for a deck that can beat down, but also catch up, this is the versatile weapon for you.

The deck has a lot of great things going for it, but one problem seems to be that it isn't aggressive enough to race the other Emrakul decks. Some of the other Emrakul decks are even playing Coax from the Blind Eternities, so loading up on Transgress the Minds and Infinite Obliterations is unlikely to be a stable plan. I would really like to see a version of this deck that was more aggressive. The following version is lower to the ground, has greater threat density and is better at playing into sweepers. Noose Constrictor and Deathmist Raptor allow for all kinds of shenanigans. Noose Constrictor can help you hit Delirium in an instant and if you ever get to put Deathmist Raptor into the graveyard with Noose Constrictor, Liliana, the Last Hope, or Grim Flayer, you will be fist pumping your way to victory. Sam's deck must be acknowledged because he made Top 8 of the Pro Tour, but I still think it is worth trying this aggressive list.
