Dan Barrett, or @dangerawesome on twitter, brought it to our attention. A new gaming product 'Healing Blade' has a piece of art that has some interesting similarities to a well known Magic card. While the art is obviously heavily inspired by Radha, Heir of Keld, it cannot be called plagiarism as it is clearly a different drawing.

Not a direct lift of art, but there is some obvious similarities. However, Dan also points out that there is some even more direct translation to the art in the background. Look at the rock formations, while obviously stylized differently, their formations are nearly identical.

We of course have no idea what Wizards will do, but it is a terrible thing to see such blatant artistic thievery in games today.

10:14am EST Update: Dan, who gave us the original tip, contacted the people at Nerdcore Learning about the above similarities. They contracted out to a group of artists with some guidelines on what they were looking for, and did not realize the similarities displayed above. The game seems to still be in pre-production meaning that likely the art will be changed before it hits shelves.
