The September 2013 Banned and Restricted announcement went up tonight, and while the mainstream paper formats aren't changing, Pauper is getting shaken up in a big way. Take a look at these changes:
Magic Online Pauper
Temporal Fissure and Cloudpost are banned.
Standard, Modern, Legacy, Vintage
No changes
Since the previous round of bannings, Cloudpost-based Temporal Fissure decks have dominated Pauper. These decks put a huge constraint on deckbuilding in the format: either kill your opponent through Glimmerposts by turn four, or be prepared to have your entire board bounced back to your hand in a flurry of Cloud of Faeries and Snaps. Will these bannings open up the format, or will it just make space for Delver of Secrets and Spellstutter Sprite to take over the format?
