Over the weekend of Grand Prix: Atlanta, I jammed some games with Delver and thought it’d be good to focus on the deck a little bit and take a look at what the deck is capable of doing. This week, I focus on Delver’s ability to see a lot of cards—in other words, Delver’s ability to produce substantial card volume. This is one of Delver’s greatest strengths and is an important aspect of its success.
I tried a variety of tweaks with Delver, but I ended up settling on Ronnie Ritner’s list from the StarCityGames Invitational in Indianapolis (minus a Dismember), mainly because it was close to what I wanted anyway. Here’s the decklist:
