Today Wizards released the full decklist for the Premium Deck Series "Fire & Lightning" which is to be released on November 19th. This was created by Aaron Forsythe and Zac Hill. It is the second product in the "Premium Deck Series" line, following up on 2009's Premium Deck Series "Slivers." There were rumors as early as August about it after the artist Christopher Moeller claimed the previously revealed art as his and as being for Chain Lightning.

Along with the decklist Wizards released two graphics, one being the new art for Jackal Pup, and the second showing off the new foiling process that was used on this entire deck. Both images are attached below.
