One of the unique things about Pioneer as a format is that it's one of the few formats where this card is legal:
Delve is one of the most broken mechanics the game has ever seen, only getting stronger and stronger as the card pool widens because of how easy it is to put cards in your graveyard with fetchlands and cheap cantrips.
As such, it feels really good to be casting it when you are allowed to!

Izzet Phoenix has definitely lost a step since the banning of Expressive Iteration in Pioneer, but still has some of the highest potential in the format between Ledger Shredder and Treasure Cruise.
Having played this decklist last weekend at SCGCON Philadelphia, I must say I'm not very impressed with the Galvanic Iteration plus Temporal Trespass engine. Sure, the upside is very high as you can take multiple turns in and win in surprising spots, but it adds an element of clunk and inconsistency to a deck that is built to be a lean, mean machine.
I don't think the optimal Izzet Phoenix list has been found yet, nor the optimal Treasure Cruise list, but I'll be trying to find it this week as I prepare for the Regional Championship at Dreamhack in Atlanta!
