Challenge
Using only Legacy-legal cards from before Mirage (that includes Alpha, Arabian Nights, Antiquities, Legends, The Dark, Fallen Empires, Homelands, Ice Age, and Alliances), hard-cast all five Elder Dragons (Arcades Sabboth, Chromium, Nicol Bolas, Palladia-Mors, and Vaevictis Asmadi) as quickly as possible.
Assumptions
You have perfect luck; for example, even after you shuffle your library, it’s ordered how you want. You may not assume anything about your opponent’s hand or library, except that he won’t do anything relevant.
“Quickly,” refers to both the turn of the game and whether you’re playing or drawing first. Turn three on the draw is quicker than turn four on the play, but not as quick as turn three on the play.
“Hard-cast,” means, “Cast by paying the mana cost.” Cost reducers (e.g., Mana Matrix) are allowed, but casting without paying the mana cost (e.g., Illusionary Mask) is not.

Solution to Last Week’s Puzzle
The fastest solution for the last puzzle is from Rast, who got the opponent’s library to zero cards on turn three on the draw, making the opponent lose on his turn-four draw step.
