Magic Online has updated its reimbursement policy. Rather than offering reimbursement based upon how well a player was performing in a bugged event, all reimbursements will be for the entry fee of said event.
Some changes to our reimbursement policies and forms. Info here: http://t.co/AZSkBld8qX

Magic Online has been plagued with bugs since the rollover to Version 4 in July. With more players filing for reimbursement from bugged events, the policy came under scruntiny. Reaction to today's announcement was largely positive.
MTGO Reimbursement Policy no longer considers prizes won when offering refunds. Good change! http://t.co/m6FCNHzb26

MTGO compensation policy updated to no longer penalize players for winning. I feel like a less handsome Brian Kibler today.
