Update: An FAQ for the Wizards Account Migration process was posted on October 31st, 2014.

The new Wizards Accounts program was unveiled today. With a Wizards Account, players will be able to manage their personal information, DCI number, Planeswalker Points, and more under one log-in. This system will also allow old and new players to go paperless with a digital DCI card. These Digital DCI cards can be customized with pre-selected art from Magic or Dungeons and Dragons. Accessible on internet capable mobile devices, these cards function in a similar fashion to digital boarding passes from major airlines or quick-pay options from chains of stores or restaurants. Apps of this nature can make for a seamless user experience and reduce the barriers of time, effort, or storage of paper DCI cards and registrations.
