Today, Imperial Recruiter was spoiled as a new Judge Foil.

This card has seen limited play in Legacy in Aluren decks, and is a powerful tutor in formats like Commander.  With increased availability, it's certainly possible that Imperial Recruiter will see more play in eternal formats.
