Today it was announced that the Denver based, Level 4, judge Scott Marshall has been promoted to Level 5. This makes Scott the fourth active Level 5 judge. He has many years of service as a judge, and is the Judge mailing list netrep.

Scott Marshall's promotion ties in nicely to today's announcement concerning the increases for the judging program given Scott Marshall's history in educating and helping new judges, it seems likely he will be a core player in this expansion for the judge program.
