In the days leading up to this triple Grand Prix Weekend there was a countdown timer on the Shadows over Innistrad product page. As the doors opened at Grand Prix Melbourne the clock struck zero and much (but not all) was revealed.
Grand Prix Melbourne, Grand Prix Bologna, and Grand Prix Detroit are being used to show off the new cards and resonant flavor for our return to Innistrad. There are puzzles to be solved, both at the events and on the internet, and as each puzzle is solved a new spoiler is revealed.

Playing on the popular "Escape the Room" game experience, people at the Grand Prix have the opportunity to be a part of the spoiler roll out. Each Grand Prix has a landmark corresponding to a location on the plane of Innistrad. Melbourne features the Stitcher's Lab, Bologna Markov Manor, and Detroit the Thraben Cathedral.
This triple Grand Prix weekend is giving fans of the game a chance to participate in the first reveal of the upcoming set. Building off of the experience design seen at Prereleases with events like the Helvault, these Grand Prix are playing up their role as Conventions for Magic and are spectacles separate from the competition. Magic continues to embrace the game beyond the table.
We will be updating this post with new information as it becomes available.
