I said last Friday (please link article) that Smuggler's Copter was the best card in Pioneer, and this past weekend I put my money where my mouth was and registered four copies at the SCG Tour Season Two Invitational. Of course, with the lead time of my articles and videos this was written/recorded before I left for the event, so I hope I won!
In Friday's article I laid out the five cards I felt were the format defining cards of pioneer: Nyxthos, Shrine to Nyx, Llanowar Elves, Supreme Verdict, Smuggler's Copter, and Thoughtseize, and that if you had a plan for all of them you're likely to do very well at this stage of the format. Well, after a few days of working on this deck with my old Team MGG bros Andrew Jessup, Dan Jessup, Ben Friedman, Pete Ingram, and Brad Carpenter I think we have found the solution.

I had been experimenting with a four color vehicles deck before Andrew brought the Rakdos Vehicles deck to our attention, and Rakdos Vehicles was everything I was looking for this event.
We have ample removal as well as a fast, evasive clock against Mono-Green Devotion. Goblin Chainwhirler shreds Llanowar Elves and friends and mops up creature matchups nicely (while also combing with Soul-Scar Mage). Smuggler's Copter, Scrapheap Scrounger, and planeswalkers make Supreme Verdict look embarrassing. We outpace other Smugger's Copter decks while making great use of our own. And lastly we're not sad if we get Thoughtseized and we make excellent use of Thoughtseize as well.
If you want to get aggressive in Pioneer while not fearing Supreme Verdict or various one-toughness creatures, Rakdos Vehicles may be the deck for you!
