How to Pay with Check or Money Order
CoolStuffInc. does accept both personal checks and money orders. If you do not have paper checks, you can typically purchase a money order at your local grocery store or post office.
When you pay with a check or money order, you’ll need to include the following information in your envelope:
- Your Name
- Your Phone Number
- A Valid Email Address
We are not responsible for any physical payments that are lost or damaged during shipping. Upon receipt, CoolStuffInc. can take up to ten business days to process your payment. Once your payment is processed, CoolStuffInc. will issue a digital Gift Certificate to the provided email address.

Money Orders can process in as little as 24 hours, where handwritten checks can take up to ten (10) business days.
Once your Gift Certificate is issued to you, it is ready to use and will remain valid until you have used all of the remaining funds.
