Return Policy

At CoolStuffInc, it’s important to us to provide the best possible service, and the best possible products at all times. However, things happen. We get it. We gladly accept returns on unsealed products within seven (7) days, and all sealed products and other accessories within thirty (30) days.

To make your return as easy as possible, please keep the following in mind:

All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender and not refunded.
Sealed products must remain sealed, with their original packaging fully intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. If you need to make a return based on our error, we will reimburse any USPS Ground shipping fees after we have received your return. These funds are distributed as part of your refund.
CoolStuffInc.com is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that are lost, damaged, or otherwise mishandled during shipping. We strongly recommend that customers insure their packages.
